Alaska gear kits: the whole setup, pack and all

Full gear lists for how people actually use the outdoors here. Each pick is a premium, proven brand, and each one has its Alaska shipping checked so you know the cost before checkout.

Honest version: these are expensive lists. They're what we'd buy to have gear that lasts ten seasons. Where a cheaper option is still excellent, we list it as a value pick. If anything on these lists goes on sale and still ships north at a fair price, it goes in the weekly email.

Prices change. We checked every price and Alaska shipping quote on the product page on Oct 19, 2026 (Palmer, AK 99645 cart quotes where the store allowed it). Sales end and sizes sell out, so check the price before you buy.

Links: Right now these links go straight to the retailer. Some may become affiliate links later. If you buy through one of those, we may earn a small commission at no cost to you. Commissions never decide what goes on a list. See our affiliate disclosure.
